Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Be in its original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original packaging, wherever applicable
Once your return is approved and the product is received by us, exchange or replacement items are generally dispatched within 5–6 business days.
Refunds
Once your return has been inspected and approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
Refunds generally take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund. If applicable, we will inform you before processing it.
Return Shipping
Your first return request is free of charge.
For any additional return requests for the same order, a return shipping fee of ₹60 per order may apply.
After your return request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process and provide the necessary instructions.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed, it may not be possible to cancel it because we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.
We recommend checking your product, size, colour, quantity, and delivery details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Our team will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate solution.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, simply contact us via WhatsApp within 5 days of receiving your order.
